Todd J. Billy: Attorney – Todd practices Community Association Law focusing on general consultation, governance, enforcement, FHA Condominium Project Approval, transactions and litigation.
He attended Truman State University in Kirksville, Missouri and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 2002. After conducting fundraising for a non-profit, Todd went back to school and earned a Masters in Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on Judicial Politics from Northern Illinois University. Todd received his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law in 2008.
He is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and served on the Board of Directors of CAI Heartland Chapter, and is current Chair of Missouri Legislative Action Committee of CAI. He is licensed in Missouri and Illinois.

Jason C. Schmidt: Associate Attorney – Jason practices Community Association Law focusing on collections and transactions, litigation, dispute resolution and intellectual property.
He received a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Bachelor of Arts in biology from Truman State University in 2002. He went on to attend Thomas Jefferson School of Law on a full merit scholarship where he obtained his JD in 2006. In 2009, he earned his LL.M degree in Intellectual Property and Technology from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis, Missouri.
In additional to being knowledgeable in all areas of Community Association Law and Intellectual Property, Jason enjoys playing with and coaching his young sons in sports (namely tennis, swimming, and baseball), volunteering in his community and church, reading, snowboarding, water skiing, and watching and discussing movies. Jason is also a member of the Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators.
He is licensed to practice law in California and Missouri.
